With over 15 years of experience as a private baseball instructor and a decade of college coaching under his belt, Nate brings elite-level expertise to every athlete he trains. He served as a college baseball coach for 10 years in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and New York helping develop and mentor players at a high level of competition, and has worked one-on-one with athletes of all ages to build strong fundamentals and advanced skills.

A former college player himself, Nate played at College of the Ozarks, where he gained firsthand experience competing at the collegiate level. His coaching style blends disciplined training with individualized instruction—helping players not only sharpen their skills but truly understand the game.

Whether working with youth athletes or college prospects, Coach Lawrence is committed to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Annie Uhrlaub, B.S., ACSM-CEP

Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science from Missouri State University and is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP). She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) at NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she continues to blend her passion for movement, performance, and patient care.

As a former multi-sport athlete in volleyball and basketball, Annie brings both personal and professional experience to her approach. After tearing her ACL during basketball, she went through the full recovery process herself—an experience that deepened her commitment to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term athletic development.

Annie combines evidence-based training with real-world insight to help athletes and individuals move stronger, train smarter, and recover with intention.
